Midterms Round Two

Here at Embry Riddle we are back at the books again!! It is about half way through the semester and time for another set of midterms. I have two this week in statics and differential equations but, it could be worse. Statics is not a difficult class as long as you can keep the concepts and set up of problems straight. DiffiQ as we “lazy” engineers like to call it, is not too bad either as long as you take the time to work through problems before the exams.

An Engineer’s White Board

Even though I know that these tests won’t be too hard I have been hitting the books in the last few days in order to be sure that I get those A’s!! It is really important to keep the good old GPA up for numerous reasons so please don’t slack off on your exams!! If you are a senior in high school, its even more important not to slack off, as doing so will cause habits to develop that will not be beneficial to you when you start college.

When in college slacking off isn’t good either as so much depends on your grades. Depending on the student it is possible that loans, scholarships, aid money, sports, ROTC, and enrollment status are affected by a single bad grade. Don’t let it happen to you!!! Study hard and it will all pay off in the end.

On that note, good luck on midterms everyone, and to those who are still in high school hang tight and keep up those grades, we will hopefully be seeing you here soon!!!!!!
